DADAA Biennial Arts and Disability Small Grants Program - Next Round April 2011

DADAA, in partnership with the Western Australian Community Foundation, ran its inaugural Arts and Disability Small Grants Program in 2009. The next round of applications will open in April 2011.

Applications Are Now Closed - watch DADAA's website in April 2011 for details of the next round of the program.


In 2009, two grants were offered:


1. Individuals

Professional Development grant for an individual arts worker with a demonstrated track record in Arts and Disability, or Arts and Health, who is seeking to undertake a period of professional development, additional non-accredited training, professional placement or participate in an interstate or international event that will add value to their ongoing practice.


2. Groups

Seed Funding grant for emerging communities of people with disabilities in W.A who collectively want to trial an Arts and Disability, Arts and Health or Community Cultural Development activity.  Groups of artists with disabilities and/or organisations planning to host the activity can apply for this grant.
